Peel and slice the carrots.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the brown sugar, honey, and salt to the melted butter and stir until well combined.

Add the sliced carrots to the saucepan and toss to coat them in the glaze.

Pour the water into the saucepan and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan, and let the carrots simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until they are tender.

Remove the lid and continue to cook for another 5 minutes to allow the glaze to thicken.
