Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a square baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free oats, almond flour, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix the mashed bananas, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Fold in the dried cranberries, chopped almonds, shredded coconut, and dark chocolate chips.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
