Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the eggplant, zucchini, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper into 1-inch cubes.

Dice the onion and mince the garlic.

In a large baking dish, combine the eggplant, zucchini, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, onion, garlic, tomatoes, olive oil, basil leaves, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
