  2. In a bowl, mash the banana and mix it with oats until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into round pizza crusts on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. In the meantime, thinly slice the apple and strawberries.
  6. Once the crusts are ready, let them cool for a few minutes.
  7. Spread Greek yogurt on each crust as a sauce.
  8. Arrange the sliced fruits on top of the yogurt.
  9. Drizzle honey over the fruits.
  10. Sprinkle almonds and coconut flakes on top.
  11. Place the pizzas back in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
  12. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
