Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.

In a large frying pan, heat some oil over medium heat.

Place the peaches cut side down in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until they are golden brown.

Flip the peaches and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.

Remove the peaches from the pan and place them on a serving plate.

Drizzle honey over the peaches.

Sprinkle cinnamon, pistachio, and breadcrumbs over the top.
