French Potatoes, also known as ‘Pommes de Terre’, are a popular side dish in French cuisine and are often served with meat or fish dishes.

Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes.

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.

Transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
