  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar. Gradually add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Grease a baking sheet.
  5. Punch down the dough and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet. Press it down to fill the sheet evenly.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the dough and use your fingertips to create dimples on the surface.
  7. Sprinkle rosemary and sea salt flakes over the top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before serving.
