Finnish Baked Mushrooms
Mushrooms are a popular ingredient in Finnish cuisine, and they are often foraged from the forests.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.

In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, thyme leaves, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the mushroom caps with the olive oil mixture.

Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet.

Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the mushrooms.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
