Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a food processor, pulse the lentils and oats until coarsely ground. Transfer to a large bowl.

In the same food processor, pulse the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery until finely chopped. Add to the bowl with the lentil-oat mixture.

Add the tomato paste, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, dried oregano, ground flaxseed, water, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and press it down firmly.

Spread ketchup on top of the loaf.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the loaf is firm and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
