In a bowl, mix together the flour, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each pickle spear into the plant-based milk, then coat it with the flour mixture.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the coated pickle spears until they turn golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
