Falafel Burgers
Falafel is a popular street food in the Middle East and is often served in pita bread with various toppings and sauces.
This is vegan and high protein recipe. Dish can be prepared in 30 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 15.

In a food processor, combine chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, baking powder, flour, salt, and black pepper. Process until well combined.

Shape the mixture into patties and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the falafel patties until golden brown on both sides.

Toast the hamburger buns.

Assemble the falafel burgers by placing a falafel patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, and a drizzle of tahini sauce. Cover with the top half of the bun.

Serve the falafel burgers immediately.
