  4. Pulse until the mixture is well combined and forms a coarse paste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
  7. Shape the falafel mixture into small patties or balls.
  8. Fry the falafel in batches until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
