  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  2. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, baking powder, salt, and flour. Pulse until well combined but still slightly chunky.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Shape the mixture into small patties or balls.
  5. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  6. Fry the falafel in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve hot with pita bread, tahini sauce, and fresh vegetables.
