Falafel is a popular street food in the Middle East and is often served in a pita bread with a variety of fresh vegetables and sauces.

In a food processor, blend the chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, baking powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the flour. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Shape the mixture into small patties or balls.

In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

Fry the falafel in batches until golden brown and crispy on all sides.

Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

Serve hot with pita bread, tahini sauce, and your favorite toppings.
