Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.

In a blender, blend the silken tofu until smooth.

Add the melted chocolate, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender. Blend until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to individual serving glasses or bowls.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

Before serving, top with whipped coconut cream and fresh berries.
