Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.

In a large bowl, combine the okara, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, mash the peaches with a fork.

Add the mashed peaches, yogurt, maple syrup, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
