Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a large bowl, combine the shredded coconut, almond flour, orange zest, orange juice, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.

Mix well until the ingredients are evenly combined.

Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a spoon.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
