Easy Falafel
Falafel is a popular street food in the Middle East and is often served in a pita bread with tahini sauce and fresh vegetables.

Drain and rinse the chickpeas.

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, baking powder, and salt.

Process until well combined but still slightly chunky.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the flour until the mixture holds together.

Shape the mixture into small patties.

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Fry the falafel patties until golden brown on both sides.

Remove from the skillet and let them rest on a paper towel-lined plate.

Serve hot with tahini sauce or in pita bread with your favorite toppings.
