Add diced bell pepper, sliced carrot, and cubed potato. Cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in cauliflower florets and drained chickpeas.

In a small bowl, mix curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Add this spice mixture to the pan.

Pour in coconut milk and simmer for 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
