Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

Add almond flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, chopped walnuts, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and coconut oil to the bowl with the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
