  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add almond flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, chopped walnuts, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and coconut oil to the bowl with the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined.
  4. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
