  3. Add tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  4. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  5. Add soaked lentils, spinach, salt, and water. Stir everything together.
  6. Close the pressure cooker lid and cook for 3-4 whistles.
  7. Once the pressure is released, open the lid and simmer for a few minutes to thicken the dal.
  8. Serve hot with rice or roti.
