Granola was originally invented as a health food in the late 19th century by Dr. James Caleb Jackson, who called it ‘granula’.
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 10.

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.

Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, transfer to an airtight container for storage.

Serve with yogurt, milk, or enjoy on its own as a healthy snack.
