Dates are one of the oldest cultivated fruits and have been enjoyed for thousands of years.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, blend the dates until they form a paste.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the almonds, oats, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Add the date paste to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
