Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.

Stir in the cashews until they are fully coated.

Use a fork to remove the cashews from the chocolate and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the cashews.

Let the cashews cool and the chocolate harden for about 30 minutes.
