Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, mash the strawberries with a fork until smooth.

Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the mashed strawberries. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.

Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.

Gently flatten each cookie with the back of a spoon.
