  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water and crumble it.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
  3. Add the crumbled tofu and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, black salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add the spice mixture to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
