  1. Press tofu to remove excess water and cut it into cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix curry powder, lemon juice, Greek yogurt, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add tofu cubes to the bowl and coat them with the curry mixture.
  4. Let the tofu marinate for 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, chop red bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, and fresh cilantro.
  6. Heat a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the marinated tofu cubes until golden brown.
  7. In a large bowl, combine the stir-fried tofu cubes, chopped vegetables, and fresh cilantro.
  8. Mix everything well.
  9. Serve the curried tofu salad chilled.
