Peel and grate the potatoes.

Finely chop the onion and cilantro.

In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, chopped onion, curry powder, turmeric powder, chickpea flour, rice flour, cilantro, and salt. Mix well to form a thick batter.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Take a spoonful of the potato batter and drop it into the hot oil. Flatten it slightly with the back of the spoon.

Fry the fritters until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel.

Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
