  1. Peel and dice the mango and avocado.
  2. In a pan, sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add the curry powder and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the diced mango and avocado to the pan and stir well.
  5. Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in the lime juice and salt.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
