Rinse and drain the black beans and kidney beans.

Chop the onion, garlic, carrots, celery, and red bell pepper.

In a crock pot, combine the black beans, kidney beans, onion, garlic, carrots, celery, red bell pepper, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 6 hours or high heat for 4 hours.

Stir in the lime juice and fresh cilantro.
