  2. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into small cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  4. Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and toss to coat them in the marinade. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  5. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated tofu cubes and cook until crispy and golden brown on all sides.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, crispy tofu, diced red bell pepper, grated carrot, sliced green onion, and chopped cilantro.
  7. Drizzle with additional soy sauce and rice vinegar if desired. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
