  4. Toss the tofu cubes in the mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Add the tofu cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and blackened.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve the crispy blackened tofu with lime wedges and fresh cilantro.
