Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, dried cranberries, orange zest, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
