In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.

In the same skillet, sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper until softened.

Add the kidney beans, black beans, tomato sauce, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir well.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the crumbled bacon.
