  4. Stuff the zucchini with the rice mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed zucchini in a baking dish and pour water over them.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the zucchini are tender and the rice is cooked.
