In a mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond milk, and eggs.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
