In a large pot, simmer butter beans, onion, and garlic in vegetable broth for 20 minutes.

Blend the mixture until smooth.

Return the mixture to the pot and add coconut milk, mashed bananas, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
