Cinnamon-Orange Sweet Potatoes

Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the orange juice, orange zest, cinnamon, maple syrup, melted butter, and salt.

Add the sweet potato cubes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.

Transfer the sweet potatoes to a baking dish and spread them out in a single layer.
