  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and maple syrup. Pulse until well mixed and crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased pie dish to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
  4. In the same food processor, blend silken tofu, almond milk, vanilla extract, and half of the almonds until smooth and creamy.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the tofu mixture and blend until well combined.
  7. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining almonds on top.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  11. Serve chilled and enjoy!
