Add carrots, bell peppers, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss with the vegetables.

Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the noodles. Season with salt and black pepper.
