In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough forms.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll out each portion into a thin circle.

Brush the surface of each circle with vegetable oil and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.

Roll up each circle tightly into a cylinder and then coil it into a spiral.

Flatten the spiral with a rolling pin to form a pancake.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Cook the pancake for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
