Cut the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the tofu into cubes.

Mince the garlic and ginger.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.

Add tofu and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.

Add Chinese cabbage and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until wilted.
