  4. Remove the pot from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
  5. Using a blender, puree the soup until smooth.
  6. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Place the soup in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Serve the chilled soup in bowls, topped with a dollop of Greek yogurt and fresh dill.
