  1. In a food processor, blend chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper, and baking powder until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in chickpea flour until the mixture holds together.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the falafel patties until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Remove from the pan and let them rest on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  7. Serve hot with pita bread, tahini sauce, and salad.
