Soak the chickpeas overnight and boil until tender. Drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, garlic, ginger, and green chili until golden brown.

Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add the boiled chickpeas and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
