  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into desired shapes.
  3. Place the pastry shapes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Vegemite on each pastry shape.
  5. Arrange cherry tomatoes on top of the Vegemite.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the tomatoes are softened.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the tarts rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
