  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, vegan butter, and vegan cream cheese. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Wrap each part in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out each dough part into a circle.
  5. Spread jam over the dough circles, leaving a small border.
  6. Sprinkle the granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, chopped nuts, and raisins over the jam.
  7. Cut each dough circle into 6 wedges.
  8. Roll up each wedge, starting from the wider end.
  9. Place the rugelach on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Allow the rugelach to cool for a few minutes before serving.
