  1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flours and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.
  3. Stir until the dough comes together, then transfer to a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven to heat.
  6. Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 equal portions. Roll out each portion into a thin circle.
  7. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before adding toppings and baking again.
  10. Add your favorite vegan toppings and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the toppings are heated through.
  11. Slice and serve hot.
