Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Steam the broccoli florets until tender.

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic powder and onion powder, and sauté for 1 minute.

Add vegetable broth, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.

Add cooked orzo and steamed broccoli to the pan. Mix well to coat the orzo and broccoli in the cheezy sauce.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
