Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook until softened.

Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Add kidney beans, black beans, pinto beans, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes. Stir to combine.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
